STEP is a program that is launched to up skill the youth of country to make them entrepreneur. By providing to them .

1.2 Objective of STEP

STEPis launched with following objectives
a) To provide sponsored skill training to financial deprived students of society at one end
b) To generate income for sponsors by sharing profit from per job work per student to sponsors.
c) To provide good quality of students with full course fee to training institute.
d) To provide skill freelancers to do job work for various software development companies at reasonable salaries.

1.3 Eligibility Criteria STEP student

        Minimum Age                                        :       13 years
        Min. Educational Qualification                     :        8th  Standard

        Training Period                                              :      5 Years
        Mode of Training                                             :      Online
        Place of Training                                            :      Virtual Training Centre (VTC)
        Training Hours                                               :      25 Hours per month
        Training Sector                                              :       Information Technology (IT)
        Job Work Hrs                                                 :      25 Hrs minimum job work per month

1.6 Earning of STEP student

Every STEP student after completion of training become an entrepreneur in its trade . ONE Network provides to that skilled Entrepreneur minimum 25 hours job work every month @ 800/-INR per hour ,means every STEP student at least earn minimum 20000/-INR per month independently .
